If we don’t remember anything about our old ways, it’s impossible to make new ones. In other words, you are learning how to not be as predictable and boring as you were, and how you can learn to make self-awareness a positive force in your life.

Culling is a technique that we use to free ourselves of past habits. It is the process of removing all past memories in other people from our life. It is also the process of removing all memories that can influence our decision making process.
