We have a tendency to say, “I’m feeling anxious.” or “I’m tired.” or “I’m nervous.
Well, it’s true. We sometimes get anxious and tired and nervous and anxious and tired. But it doesn’t have to be like this.
I like to think that cultivating meaning helps us to be more aware of the parts of ourselves that are still not making sense. Rather than getting anxious and tired and then looking a little silly, we can look at our struggles as an opportunity to figure things out. Instead of getting anxious and tired, we can get anxious and tired and then look at our struggles as a chance to figure things out.

I like it too. This concept of focusing on anxieties rather than anxieties as opportunities to figure things out is an idea that can be applied to a lot of situations. If you’re worried about something, you can focus on it and then look for opportunities to figure out what’s up. It’s possible to look at anxieties as opportunities to figure out what the problem is. It’s also possible to look at them as a chance to discover how to fix the issue. This is a very basic, but it’s a very important point. We live in a culture that says we can’t have a problem, but we can. We live in a society that says that you can’t have a problem, but you can.
Why is it so hard to live in a society that doesn’t have a problem? When you look at it like this, you see that society has a lot of problems, but one of its problems is, its its our problem. So how do we solve it? We answer that by not having any problems. We just have to solve the problem.
When we think of a problem, we would like to have solutions. We have the problem. We have the solution. For example, one of the most common solution is to get rid of the problem. What would you do? A lot of people do it, but sometimes it’s better to get it out of your system, because you have more options. What you think would help you is to go back to your system and look for solutions.
I think that’s something we’ve been thinking about more and more lately. When we think of problems, we want to figure out how to fix them. A lot of times, when we fix our problems, we find more problems. A lot of the time, we find ourselves in situations where we don’t think we can solve the problem or we don’t know the solution, and we just try to fix the problem and not think about the solution.
I think this is one of those times. That’s why we’re trying to look for solutions. We want to learn what can be fixed and what can’t. We want to have more options.
