This is not hypothetical. What I mean by hypothetically is that what I’m saying is simply a hypothetical scenario. For example, if I’m standing in a grocery store, I’m going through the checkout line and checking out all the food I want to eat. I’m not going to stop and ask the cashier for the cost of the items that I’m buying. The cost of the items is irrelevant to me.
What Im saying is also hypothetical, but in reality I’m saying this is pretty much the worst of the worst of times.
Basically, hypothetically speaking would be the situation where Im at a random store getting coffee, and I ask the person behind the counter for the cost of the coffee, and he tells me it will cost me $5 for that cup. Of course, I would be getting really upset with the clerk and not paying a penny for that coffee.
The hypothetical situation is that you ask for the cost of a cup of coffee and the clerk says it will cost you 5 dollars. That’s pretty much a situation where I would be really upset with the clerk and not paying a penny for that coffee and you would feel the same.
The other thing I would be upset with, if for whatever reason you want that $5 coffee, you don’t want it to cost you 5 dollars. You’re not even going to pay that money to have it delivered.
The same is true for many situations. I really wish I could get you to take a look at my website, but I’m not going to because I don’t have the money. If I did I wouldn’t be too upset, but I’m not going to.
I understand that this is frustrating for you. We’re really sorry that you feel this way. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” While we don’t want to be judgmental, if you’ve paid for a good coffee, we’re really sad for you.
