It’s true that we have a lot of good stuff going for us in our lives. We’re all healthy, we’re all wealthy, we’re all engaged, and we’re all happy. But when it comes to the more important matters of our lives, we’re usually not at our best.
Sometimes there are things about ourselves that are so bad in certain ways that it seems as if we’re making a conscious decision not to get better. Like being lazy and not exercising. Well that’s sort of true, but what it really comes down to is this: when we don’t exercise we are physically weaker and we’re left with less control over our lives. When we’re physically weaker we are less likely to get the help we need.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying we should stop exercising and we should all be like the super hero I’m sure many of you have heard about. Instead, I want to talk about how we can help ourselves and our bodies through self-awareness.
To help ourselves we need to learn what we are actually good at and not good at. If we are good at being lazy and not exercising, then that is not good at what you would call exercise. If you are good at being lazy and not exercising, then that is not good at anything. The best way to learn what you are good at and not good at is to exercise for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
This is why I think it is so important to include exercises in your daily routine. In fact it is so important that I actually recommend doing it every day. If you are not exercising, then you are not aware of how good you really are at the things that you actually are good at, and so that is a major reason why these exercises are so important.
I think it’s important to remember that just because you are “exercising” something doesn’t mean it’s good for you. In fact, it means you are in denial. In fact, the best way to learn how to do something is to do it. I know this from personal experience. I always seem to have to go back to school to learn how to learn.
This is something I struggle with sometimes. I don’t have any formal formal training or education, but I am very good at what I do. I think the best thing I can do for myself is to keep on keeping on. Sure, I have to train myself to get better at something, but I do not have to put up with being a slave to something that I truly do not understand.
Indolence is a very dangerous thing, because it is so easy to be lazy and think that you have an excuse not to do something. I have seen this happen in professional settings, especially in the entertainment industry. People would work a long time, but never seem to truly do anything. Or they would work and think they are doing something, but they just don’t seem to care if they actually accomplish anything.
I have seen this happen a lot in my life. In the entertainment industry, for example, people hire someone to do a job for them and then they never seem to do anything with that person. The person who hired them is always either in the back of the room or working for someone else. This is very similar to the Indolence that we see in people who are addicted to alcohol.
This is actually a common pattern in addiction. People are either addicted to pain or pleasure. One person is addicted to alcohol because they are addicted to pleasure. Another person is addicted to pain because they are addicted to pleasure. If you don’t like pleasure or pain, you will not be able to stop yourself from doing things that you don’t want to do.
