mixed emotions means feelings of both good and bad.
The good feelings usually come from our emotions of happiness, fun, excitement, etc. the bad feelings come from feelings of sadness, depression, fear, and so on.
Mixed emotions is the feeling when you’re not sure which emotion you’re feeling. For example, when you’re driving home from work and you’re wondering if you should turn around and head back to work.
