Omnia is Latin for ‘all things’, which can be seen as a much broader concept than what we think of as’self-awareness’. It actually applies to our entire being, not just to our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

For example, when you go to the doctor, you can’t really claim it’s just because you’re sick because you’re not sure what you’re actually feeling. It’s because you’re experiencing a certain level of pain in your body.

The same goes for our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They are just a part of our being. So if you feel yourself becoming annoyed because of something, you are experiencing pain. You may not be aware of it, but you are experiencing pain. It may be from the pain in your shoulder, or the pain in your stomach.

In the same way that the majority of our thoughts and behaviors are out of our control, we are also not in control of our thoughts and behaviors. If you have a bad day, you could have a bad day. The best thing to do is be aware of this and keep it in mind.

This is the perfect point to point out something you probably already know. When you experience a bad day, be aware of the feeling of pain, and keep it in mind. This will help your body to more easily cope with the bad day. And when you’re dealing with pain, remember that your body is trying to tell you something. If your body doesn’t feel pain, that means you are in pain.
