pralaya
It is a bit of a cliche but what is a pralaya? Basically, pralaya is a type of Indian flatbread that is made up of various ingredients such as onions, garlic, tomatoes, or spinach. It can be a meal-in-a-cup or a snack of sorts. We make it for myself because it is a comfort food and I don’t like doing too much of the work, plus I find it to be fairly versatile.
The dish is named after the state of Punjab in which it was originally made. It was originally a staple dish in India and Pakistan. It’s a common ingredient for Indian food and can be eaten with lots of other ingredients and as a side dish.
It is easy to make and has a wonderful flavor that I find to be quite pleasant. The flavors of each ingredient can be varied to suit your taste. I like the combination of the spinach and the tomatoes mixed with the garlic.
The ingredients are made from fresh, local ingredients, making it a quick and easy way to add a new flavor to your meal. The best way to use it is to make a simple salad using the ingredients and top it off with one of the many Indian spices that are available.
Also, the pralaya recipe that I was given was from an Indian mom. When I told her that I have a little Indian friend who is a vegetarian, she was very excited. “That makes so much sense!” she said with a big smile. “He eats pralaya because it tastes like chicken and rice and he doesn’t like chicken rice.
The recipes are similar to what I came up with after I made the pralaya recipe. It’s basically a simple salad based on the ingredients and a lot of vegetables and spices. There are a couple of side dishes that are great and it really adds to make the salad feel as nice as the whole meal.
In the old days, this would have been a simple salad with all the vegetables, spices, and lots of vegetables. It’s all done with a little cream of tomato juice, a little onion, and a little garlic.
