retinaculum
Retinaculum was created by Dr. Paul Ekman, a professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School, and is based on the ancient Greek idea of retinue. The idea is that each person has an “inner retinue” which is the inner thoughts, emotions, and feelings that help keep us on track. In modern terms, an inner retinue includes our thoughts and emotions, our daily habits, emotions, and our social needs.
The idea is that if you think, “I’ll go to the gym today,” it’s a good idea in the sense that it helps you get started. But if you think, “I’m going to the gym today,” it’s just kind of boring and boring has a negative connotation.

So when we feel like we have to go to the gym, we just grab a pair of dumbbells and try to lift them all in the same amount of time. Now what the hell is going on with us? The gym is a place of social life and social interaction, so we’re supposed to feel good about it by going there. Unfortunately, we don’t feel good about the gym at all, so we have to go somewhere else to get our exercise.
To the point, we’ve been trying to figure out how to make the gym feel good for the past year and a half, and it’s just not working. The gym is the place where we go to workout. It’s the place where we have an awesome time, meet new people, and learn a lot about ourselves. It’s something we spend a lot of time doing, so we have to make it something that feels good.
retinaculum is our very first gym. It was built using the same kind of technology we use for our home and we think it’s because we feel so good about it that we want to do it there. It’s a bit of a hassle being in a gym, but we’re not too worried about that, because we feel like we’re really doing it. Its just another thing we have to figure out how to make feel good for.
The gym is a thing, but you are a thing. And so if you were not to feel good about the gym, you would not feel good about that. So that is why they call it the gym. What we are doing is trying to make our lives feel good. That is what I love about retinaculum. The way you feel is just the way you are. You are not a part of this. You are just your thoughts.
We don’t think we are a part of this. We are just thoughts. We’re just thoughts. So we are trying to make our lives feel good by making us feel good about our thoughts. Right now, you are what you think about. You are the gym. The gym is you. The gym is where you are.
The only thing is we are more than we are. The only thing is we are more than we are because we are thinking you. We are how you feel. We are where you are.
I think that this is the true meaning of meditation and enlightenment. When you get to the point where you no longer think about your thoughts, you get to the point where you are the thoughts. You are the thoughts. Even if we are just thoughts. Even if we are just thoughts. As long as we are thinking you, we are going to feel good. We are going to feel good about our thoughts.
