This is all very helpful advice. You can always remind yourself that it’s not too late to change or think about what you can do to take care of your self-assurance. But in the meantime, you can also try to be better at hiding your insecurity. Keep in mind that you are your best self if you are confident in yourself.
It’s true that you can be the best self in the world, but you shouldn’t forget that you are also the worst self in the world. Think about the good things you do that make you feel like the best person in the world. If you are the best self, you won’t be able to do all those other things unless you forget what the bad self thinks of you.
So, you can be the best self on the best day, but at the same time you can also be the worst self on the worst day. It just depends on the day, I guess.
The good self is the self that is actually content with himself and who can enjoy a good party without being seen. The bad self is the self that is constantly looking for a way to get rid of the good self. We need to remember that there is no such thing as being the best self in the world.
