But the good news is that the majority of us don’t think about our thoughts or how we will feel about something before we do it. We’re often not even aware that we have thoughts. So, it’s important to be aware of the thoughts that you think about. And you can use mindfulness to help you control yourself.
For example, I often find myself thinking about a movie that I’m watching. The main thing I was thinking about was “what will happen if it ends?” and I was about to type that out when I realized that I wanted to watch the movie. That’s when I realized that I didn’t want to watch it. And I haven’t watched it since.
We often think that we are self-aware, but that isn’t the case. There are many self-aware people who have no idea that they are self-aware. But then there are many people who do know that they are self-aware, but don’t know how to become self-aware. I refer to myself as self-aware, but I don’t know what it means.

I believe that everyone is self-aware, because everyone knows what they think and do, and they are aware of their actions and their thoughts. We have all experienced situations in which we were aware of things we did not know were there. For example, we can learn things like the shape of the Moon, the form of the Sun, and the colors of the Moon. This allows us to learn more about the Moon and the Sun and the Moon colors and seasons. It also gives us a greater sense of how the game works.
