The vibrating tumblers are a way for you to train your brain to learn to be more aware of your body, to become more aware of what you’re doing, and to be more empathetic towards your body. They are a simple way to train your brain to become more aware of yourself, so that it becomes more intentional, and more aware of what you want to do.
